Watching, waiting, falling, shaking
Will the storm pass over us today?
Or is our future looking gray?
Long thin fingers trailed across the sides of a nice shiny car, thought it was dusty and her fingers left trail marks. Alix was roaming down the street, her fingers trailing across the cars as she walked. Her hands were pale in contrast to the darker color of the car.
Sighing she headed into one of the abandoned stores, an electronic store, that was empty and eerily quiet. It was weird, really, being a Vampyre. Her senses were entirely different and she could run like a cheetah and she was ten times more powerful than she ever was and probably ever would be.
For someone living in a strangely abandoned world, Alix was nicely dressed. Maybe it was because she was a Vampyre and she had natural beauty, or maybe it was simply because the clothes were actually really nice and expensive. Since she was alone and obviously powerful she went on a "shopping" spree. Sure, the material things didn't bother her but now that it was the end of the world she was perfectly okay with taking what she had wanted when she was human.
Of course she ran into some problems. Once, she forget to take the magnetic disk off and the alarms went off. She made careful note not to do this again and she was lucky that the zombies had reacted and came by when she was long gone. Ever since she made sure everything was de-magnetized. While on her "shopping" spree, Alix also made sure she had a car so of course she snagged herself a nice, beastly nay blue Chevy Tahoe. It stayed parked in the same spot usually though she would drive it to other places as well when she felt she stayed in one place too long.
Alix practically lived out of the car. The back seats were usually out down so she could roll out her sleeping bag and pillows and sleep peacefully. She didn't have the car on while she was sleeping so she could save gas and not draw attention. The Tahoe was solely used for her "house", at least until she could find an actual home. So far, no such luck, so everything she picked up along the way had been organized in her OCD glory and it was kept clean and nice.
Right now, Alix was currently wandering around 4th street with her car parked and hidden. No zombies were around at that time and even if they were it wasn't like they would do anything with it. Even though it was a good distance away Alix could make the walk back and forth. She was strong enough and she, currently, had two pistols and an pump shot gun.
Hopefully she found a home, or someone to take her to a home. She was tired of getting lonely.
