Welcome to Plagued! We are an original zombie roleplay forum with a twist! On this active zombie survival forum, we accept players of all different skill levels, and have a grand variety of character types and locations to explore.
It's been over five years since the dead began to rise, and an overwhelming force of demonic enemies are running rampant in the streets. The population of undead are growing and constantly on the move, but can humanity survive such a deadly plague? Or is it already too late?

a have a small suggestion that's just plain helpful and takes minimal effort. you should create a new board in the OOC called "open thread invite" which, in it's entirety is basically a place where someone can say "hey i started a new thread here *insert link* anyone can join" and it just makes it easier for people who are looking for open threads to find them and for those who want people to respond to their threads to get people to respond faster.
as another little request...i know i'm asking a lot for a new character...you think we could get like...more boards? i'm finding it difficult to find a place to post. there needs to be less cities and more PLACES, like beaches, forests, fields, mountain tops, deserted buildings and the like so you get more of a difinitive area to work with and just more to work with in general... sorry if i sound a little too picky, that's just my professional opinion
Alright, I see what you're saying. But the reason I made the lands so vague, is because I wanted people to use their absolute freedom when posting on lands. I just felt that if I give certain places to post such as a beach in Haven or a Forest in Triskin then people wouldn't use their imagination when coming up with areas of the rather very large lands. But I see what you're saying, and I'll see if anyone else agrees with you. How about this? I will make a list of the lands that supposedly need more places here. I will put down my few ideas and I will let anyone else who replies to this thread give suggestions.
Triskin: The Nest (I'm thinking a place where many of the plagued fairies go.)
Valure: The Great Hall (Here, I'm thinking of the heart of a city in Valure. It will be in ruins now because of the plague and the building is generally covered in Silraen's vines.
Bashian: The Mines (pretty self explanatory.)
Anmoury: The Boarder (Here, it would be where the plagued ends. I guess it gets slowly closer and closer to the heart of Anmoury as time passes.)
Visixen: The Grand Hall (I guess a meeting hall of the sorcerers.)
Lanara: The _____ (It's blank because I don' just want to call it ocean, that's too plain and ordinary. I want these natural landmarks to have names. This blank would be the name of a major ocean.)
The _____ (This would be the name of a well-known, large wooded area where tree nymphs generally are.)
The _____ (The mountain.)
The _____ (The valley and I was thinking maybe a little town in the valley maybe.... I don't know.)
The thing is, I don't want every land to be the same. I don't want every land to have "the beach" or "the forest." They are different lands for a reason, thus they have different traits, different cultures, the works. This is open for anyone. Just give the land and then your desired addition. It will be gone over and discussed and we'll see what comes of it, ok?
i mean it's your site so add places where you feel necessary but since there are all those blank things i figured i'd take the time and make up some stuff for them.wooo cheerio!
The Ocean of Illusions- A desolate place, once a large ocean of clear blue waters and plenty of places for a Sea Nymph to call their home. But now it bears only dirty green waters from the waste of the plague and it creates an eerie mist that floats above the waters and plays tricks on the mind, showing trespassers more about themselves then they'd probably wish to know.
basically...a mystical mist (heh) created by the plague and the ocean that creates illusions in it, making people see lost loved ones or horrid fates and views generally driving intruders to madness and death. There are several small and medium sized islands for people to land on though usually only flying creatures can find their way to these doomed spits of land.
The Petrified Forest- A large forest of petrified wood where Tree Nyphms can make a home and a living if they can avoid the only non-petrified plants in the forest...the vines of Silraen. Pretty self-explanatory and a little more simple.
Black Tip Mountain- As you climb higher up the mountain you find less and less of the plagued vines that torture the creatures of the land. Like the reverse of a normal mountain it is white on the bottom from the hard stone and quartz that creates the base and black from about 2/3 of the way to the top. The vines do not grow above the line of black as the ground is made up of a gravel-like system of a black mineral that breaks easily making it hard to stand closer to the top of the mountain. The higher you get, the less likely you are to find a place to stand without falling.
Think of it this way, the bottom half is like any other mountain but it looks white which is pretty basic and there are vines. But the upper half is like gravel on a slope that is very weak and gives way so it's hard to stand on...get it? good.
Death Valley or Valley of Death (take your pick)- A low valley, the lowest point of the world that seems to absorb heat from the sun. It is like a desert where death roams and many a skeletan can be found with the naked eye. Hard, packed sands cover the ground and very few plants can survive there...the vines of the plague are not among these plants so it is a safe place for the various Nymphs that can manage to survive in the harsh climate. However, it is a good training ground as many use it's extreme conditions to build endurance.
It's a big desert basically, think the actual death valley and no it doesn't have the vines. i figure this way you've got 2 vine infested locations and 2 not vine infested locations though they've all got a unique story behind them for that area and with more description it makes it easier for someone to start a thread knowing more what climate and terrain they're dealing with. Feel free to use any of my ideas and I hope i've been helpful.
lol maybe, but lanara is the farthest land away from the plague aside from the city of avera. to get lanara, every other land would be taken as well. all the boards are in order to those closest to silraen to those farthest.
