Sometimes the most human places create the most inhuman monsters.
Kevala was feeling much better since she had gotten out of that stupid building and left the Reaver and Vampyre to duel it out in whatever way they saw fit. Normally, when a good fight was taking place, Kevala would join in or at least sit in the sidelines and mock the clearly weaker opponent until they died some horrible and bloody death. Tonight though, the night was still early and Kevala had herself a little treat that she very much wished to play with. So why was she bringing her this way? Well it certainly had nothing to do with this being the direction in which she had once lived. No, that place was gone, destroyed in a manner that it could never be put back together again. All of it, of course, done by the Reaver herself, during a fit of rage at the lover who had up and abandoned her so suddenly and completely.
Even now, as she moved, her fingers locked in the blonde woman's hair, the thought of Mercer made the raven haired beauty growl with a ferocity that was usually never seen from her. Normally, Kevala was calm and collected, finding something amusing about any otherwise stressful situation. This though, this was different. It dealt with emotions that she wished, more than anything, she could carve out of her cold, lifeless heart. Emotions that, until he had come along, she had never thought herself truly capable of. Love. Fondness. Insecurity. All of it, he had made her feel, and if she ever got the chance, she would see to it that his face was carved from his body and nailed to the wall beside the images of her victims from years past.
But, despite all that, the Reaver did have one person that she was interested in seeing....and that one person was the reason for her choice in direction. There was another Reaver, one that she found herself pretty damn fond of, that lurked around this part of the city. Sure, there was no guarantee that she would find him, but if she was going to try, this would be the spot. True, it seemed odd given how she had reacted to the other Reaver back at the capture point...but then he had invaded on her turf, and he had before attempted to take what was her's. Nightmare, on the other hand, well he was far more entertaining and far more polite. Plus, Kevala was bored, and it would do her sick little mind good to brag about her most recent capture.
Already, she could think of several games that she would like to play, the first of which would require the human to make a break for freedom. A slight grin at the thought as she tightened her hold and pulled the woman to her, cooing softly in her direction. "We are going to have so much fun together." A soft purr, eyes scanning over those golden locks, and already imagining what they would look like taped inside of her scrapbook. A soft shudder, forcing herself to turn away as she instead began to focus on the area in front of her.
She was right in front of the hospital, despite how much it made her skin crawl, and with a little mental probing, it was not long before she was able to pick up on not only those emotions, but the powers as well. Ah, there he was. Her grin turning all the more sadistic as she tossed the human against the nearest wall, casting her an icy stare that dared her to try and move. Her fingers locking together, she turned her hands outward, popping her knuckles as she raised her arms over her head and began to stretch. "Come out, come out wherever you are, my delicious Nightmare you!!!" Calling out to the other Reaver, certain he was not completely blind to the fact that there was something, rather dark, in his neighborhood. After all, they were both territorial predators, it was in their nature to be aware of such things.
One foot sliding out, she would bend over slightly, those jeans hugging her ass as she reached out to touch her toe. There was still blood on her, though most of it had dried. Her dark locks cascading down around her face, drawing a shadowy veil over her expression and allowing the moon to catch the unique color of her eyes and illuminate it in the darkness. "Come on now! I wish to play! Oh and hey! I have brought treat for us to....share!" See? She was not entirely cruel and unreasonable. Granted, in her head, this was like bringing a bottle of wine to a dinner party, but whatever....the Reaver would appreciate the gesture, she was sure.
