ENTER :: The Dark Forest
Why was she even here, wondered the black haired human.
Her fingers touched the side of her dagger, to comfort herself. Streets were barren : Lessers could show up. But she took in a deep breath, and knew she had to come here. Hell, she had never been old enough to drink : but even know, she didn't care. She didn't want a drink. People talked at a bar : and it was safe. But still : so many people and she wasn't sure she could handle all of the oddities that.. people had. With a hissed breath, she made her way to the door. Her matted, coarse hair was hard to see with, so she lifted it up, showing a human face. That's when she was let in, nervous energy in the pit of her stomach. The girl felt her fingers dig into her palms slightly, and stepped in, her face going into a neutral expression. That expression was simple, and it was almost butch : but nobody usually bothered her with such a face, even the small and almost lithe girl was attractive, once she stopped slumping. Arriving at the bar, she quietly bartered for her drink, and quickly found herself a table. It was back against the wall and a perfect view about the place. Satisfied, she sat down at it, and placed her drink down with her.
It was a screwdriver, a simple drink that was mixed with less vodka then normal. She didn't really want something strong, since she needed her wits about her. She had to be conservative. Fir was still used to the scavenging kind : it was a miracle she had found herself here, at .. well whatever this place was named. She hated not having information at her finger tips. How she longed for the days she spent at the internet! If she had spent a little more time on Geography, maybe she wouldn't be so lost all of the time. The girl was nursing her drink, as she took out a pen and paper, marking down something on the page. Something or the other would catch her attention : she was sure of that. Firvanna didn't really have a handle, however, on how to approach someone. Absently tapping the pencil on the table, amber eyes wandered, taking stock of who was here.
Of course, the seat opposite her was free, and from the looks of it, would be one of the only free ones.
