ARMORY

Since the takeover, the armory now serves as a central base for the Enforcers, since it is a fairly secure location with one easily-guarded entrance. The only weapons that are held inside now at this point are those of the Enforcers.

LOCAL GYM

Although the Enforcers originally laid claim over the gym, it has since been taken over by the Loyalists. All of the entrances but one have been sealed up. The shooting range is used to train the Loyalists and they make good use of the exercise equipment left behind. The gym is often used to make supplies and perform other more recreational activities. The Loyalists' basic supplies are kept here for their use.

CLASSROOMS

Because the children of Safe Haven joined the Neutrals, the classrooms were left for the Loyalists to simply take. Its security has since been heightened, all entrances but one sealed, and it now serves as a central base for the Loyalists. Meetings are held here, as are most of the Loyalists' weapons and ammunition.

MESS HALL

A simple yet large hall once used as a cafeteria, this space is now used by the Enforcers for day-to-day activities, as a multi-purpose room. They make supplies, eat, and even train here, often using this large area as a recreational space. Basic supplies are kept here for the Enforcers to use. Long tables still line part of the hall. All of the entrances but one have been sealed off; the only entrance remaining leads to the hall to the sleeping quarters.

CITIZEN'S COURT

Obviously, any sense of a court system in Safe Haven has been eliminated in lieu of the ongoing war between the Loyalists and the Enforcers. The court has similarly been turned into warzone, although it is significantly less dangerous than the marketplace. Because it is in the middle of Safe Haven, it is a dangerous place to be for anyone not prepared for a fight.

MARKETS

Because it is such a large, open place in a central location in Safe Haven, this is considered a total warzone, where lots of fighting between the Loyalists and Enforcers occurs. Supplies can still be found in some places in the market, although it's nearly impossible to get to them without being wounded, or even worse, killed, by someone on the other side. Because it is such a dangerous place, Neutrals are never found here, lest they be caught in the cross-fire. Only those looking for confrontation will come here, and it is easy to be caught in an enemy ambush if you're not careful.

INFIRMARY

This is considered a neutral area. Neutrals will take in injured from either side, and any fighting here is prohibited. Although at one point it was rather pathetic, it now has plenty of medicine and supplies otherwise to care well for the sick and wounded. There are beds lining the walls of the rather large infirmary. Because Neutral territory is limited, Neutrals will most often sleep in this space.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The Enforcers have taken this for themselves. There are four halls lined with bunk beds with thin sheets and about one pillow per bed. The leader of the Enforcers has his own private room, as well as those close to the leader. The others vie for the remaining private rooms. Many of the Enforcers spend time in here, alternatively to the mess hall.

ARTIFICIAL GARDEN

Because food is such a precious resource, this is considered neutral territory. Many have locked themselves inside and open the doors only for a brief time to leave food outside for anyone to take. It is often a dangerous area for all sides. No major attempts to take over the Artificial Garden have been made because of the garden's delicate nature. Both sides are weary to destroy their viable food source.

MEMORIAL HALL

The memorial hall is in the very back corner of Safe Haven. Although it serves no functional purpose, this hall is considered Loyalist territory. The hall remains lined with pictures of the missing and fallen and candles line the floorboards. When the Loyalists are looking for somewhere quiet or peaceful to go rest, they will often come here. Although it is considered a respite by the Loyalists, it has been sealed and access has been limited to Loyalists. Very few supplies or weapons are kept here, since it is the least well-guarded of the Loyalist territories.

THE BRIG

While this once served as a jail for the lawbreakers of Safe Haven, it now serves as a sleeping quarters for the Loyalists. There are beds in each cell, which makes it more comfortable than anything else the Loyalists control. Because all of the cells are the same, the Loyalist leader sleeps in the same conditions as everyone else. It is a safe place to sleep because of how highly secure it was once intended to be.

Board Description
SAFE HAVEN
Heavily guarded underground facility with doors that have proven to be unbreakable even against a horde of Lessers. The area surrounding the entrance is generally deserted and there are very few Lessers roaming around.
